Terms and Conditions

1. Basic Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are issued in accordance with Section 1751 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

These Terms govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and the buyer – a natural person who concludes a purchase contract either as a consumer or within their business activity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") through the online interface located on the website www.waveminis.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Eshop").

  • The Terms form an integral part of every purchase contract concluded through the Eshop.
  • If any provision of the purchase contract differs from these Terms, the provision in the contract shall take precedence.
  • Information about the offered goods, their prices, and main characteristics are listed in the online store catalog.
  • Listed prices include VAT and all related fees.
  • Information on packaging and delivery costs is published directly in the Eshop and applies only to delivery within the Czech Republic.

2. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract

  • The Buyer may order goods through their customer account (if registered) or by filling out the order form without registration.
  • Before submitting the order, the Buyer can check and modify all entered data.
  • The order is submitted by clicking the "ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY" button.
  • The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the Seller sends a confirmation of receipt of the order to the Buyer's email.
  • Every accepted order is binding. The Buyer may cancel the order only until the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

3. Payment Terms and Delivery

  • The Buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price and delivery costs.
  • In the case of non-cash payment, the purchase price is due within 7 days of the conclusion of the contract.
  • The Buyer is obliged to provide a variable symbol (order number) when making a payment.
  • The goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order. The Buyer is obliged to take over the shipment.
  • Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer upon payment of the full price and receipt of the goods.
  • Upon receipt, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and report any defects to the carrier immediately.

4. Withdrawal from the Contract

  • A Buyer-consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
  • The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal.
  • The costs associated with returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.
  • The Seller will return the money to the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, but not before the Buyer proves the dispatch or delivery of the returned goods.
  • The goods must be returned undamaged, unworn, clean, and ideally in the original packaging.

5. Rights from Defective Performance (Warranty)

  • The Seller is responsible to the Buyer that the goods are free from defects upon receipt.
  • The Buyer may exercise the right from a defect that occurs in consumer goods within 24 months of receipt.
  • If a defect occurs, the Buyer may request an exchange for new goods, a reasonable discount, or withdrawal from the contract (especially in the case of a material breach).
  • Complaints (claims) must be settled no later than 30 days from the date of application, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Personal Data and Delivery

  • All data provided by the Buyer is considered confidential.
  • The Seller may use the Buyer's email for sending commercial communications regarding similar goods, unless the Buyer refuses this.
  • Correspondence between the parties may be conducted electronically via email.

7. Final Provisions

  • All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
  • Any copying or use of the Seller's logos, photos, or texts without consent is prohibited.
  • The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions become effective on June 10, 2026.
